As an Environmental Manager at TMC, you are responsible for bridging the gap between the project team and the environment. You work on large-scale and challenging projects within civil engineering, where your communication skills, technical knowledge, and organizational talent are essential for the success of the projects.
Your tasks include:

Stakeholder management: maintaining close relationships with governments, residents, businesses, and other stakeholders.

Identifying and managing environmental risks and ensuring the proper permits and procedures are in place.

Drafting environmental plans and aligning the interests of various parties.

Ensuring effective communication about project developments, both internally and externally.

Representing the project's interests in the environment and vice versa, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
You collaborate closely with consultancy and engineering firms, contractors, and government institutions. In every project, you consider technical, social, and financial interests. You easily navigate between different levels and can present complex information in an accessible manner.
