From advising managers to guiding employees through reintegration processes, you ensure our people receive the right support while keeping our organisation healthy, compliant and future-proof.
Please note: due to Dutch labour legislation, occupational health regulations and collaboration with external parties such as the UWV, fluency in both Dutch and English is required for this role.
What will you do?
As our HR Health & Wellbeing Partner, you are the go-to person for managers, employees, HR colleagues and external partners when it comes to absence, occupational health and sustainable employability. You combine operational responsibility with strategic improvement and help us continuously enhance the wellbeing of our people.
Health, wellbeing & occupational health

Develop, implement and improve our health, wellbeing and absence management policies.

Monitor developments in Dutch labour legislation and occupational health regulations and translate these into practical advice.

Coordinate with external occupational health providers and other specialists.

Maintain and review the Risk Inventory & Evaluation (RI&E).

Promote preventative initiatives that contribute to healthy and safe working conditions.

Advise managers and employees on occupational health and wellbeing topics.
Case management & reintegration
-
Manage long-term absence cases and guide employees and managers throughout the reintegration process.

Ensure compliance with the Wet Verbetering Poortwachter.
-
Coordinate first and second track reintegration processes.
-
Prepare and maintain the required documentation and case files.
-
Advise on interventions, costs and opportunities related to reintegration.

Act as the primary contact for the UWV and external reintegration partners.
Reporting & continuous improvement

Analyse absence data and provide relevant management information and insights.

Advise management on trends, risks and opportunities.

Identify process improvements and implement more effective ways of working.

Stay up to date with developments in your field and translate these into practical improvements for the organisation.
Who are you?
You know how to balance employee wellbeing with business needs. You are approachable, analytical and confident in advising stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. You combine empathy with decisiveness and enjoy taking ownership of your work.
You also bring:

Higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level, preferably in Human Resources Management.

At least 3 years of experience within HR, preferably with a strong focus on absence management, occupational health or case management.

Knowledge of Dutch labour legislation, the Wet Verbetering Poortwachter and occupational health regulations.

Experience with reintegration processes and social security regulations is an advantage.

Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, written and spoken.

A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong stakeholder management skills.

What do we offer you?

A salary range between €4,500 – €5,500 gross per month (based on 40 hours per week);

Possibility to work 32, 36 or 40 hours;

A one-year contract with the prospect of long-term collaboration;

25 holiday days based on full-time employment;

Travel allowance (€0.19 per km, max. 50 km one way) or full reimbursement of public transport with an NS Business Card;

Home working allowance of €2.45 per day;
