We are seeking a meticulous, highly organized, and resilient Customer Service Specialist to manage our core sales operations and order fulfillment lifecycle.
Job Purpose
In this role, you will be the core engine of our day-to-day order management, corporate system alignment, and customer financial tracking. You will serve as the critical bridge between European clients, internal technical teams, and global headquarters. This position demands exceptional attention to detail, strong data management skills, and a proactive attitude toward solving complex logistical and operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities1. Order Management & SAP Execution
- PO Handling & Fulfillment: Process and confirm incoming Customer Purchase Orders (POs), including managing EDI transmissions and accurately creating Sales Orders (SO) within SAP.
- System Maintenance: Handle VB11 (cross-reference/material substitution) applications, updates, and continuous maintenance in SAP.
- Order Rescheduling: Manage dynamic PO rescheduling requests, including pull-ins, push-outs, and order cancellations.
- Urgent Demand Handling: Swiftly and efficiently manage urgent, ad hoc pull-in demands from customers while balancing supply chain capacity.
2. Customer Logistics & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate closely with internal EDI, SAP, and Logistics teams to ensure flawless system set-up and seamless data integration with customer platforms.
- Shipment Coordination: Arrange customer shipments, ensure accurate Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) updates, and handle invoice management.
3. Accounts Receivable (A/R) & Credit Control
- Financial Tracking: Monitor and follow up on overdue Accounts Receivable (A/R).
- Credit Management: Process Credit Limit or Temporary Release applications within SAP, and generate regular A/R reports for Taiwan Headquarters.
Requirements & QualificationsTools & Hard Skills
- System Proficiency: Proven experience with SAP (specifically Order-to-Cash, VB11, and AR processes) and proficiency in CRM software and other standard corporate applications.
- Advanced Excel Skills: High proficiency in Excel for handling data reconciliation, inventory tracking, and generating A/R reports.
- Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in Mandarin is a strong asset due to regular coordination and reporting to global Headquarters.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Inside Sales within an international B2B environment, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing sectors.
