As IT Maintenance Engineer you will:
- Responsible for the laptop preparation for employees and resolve various desk issues
- Responsible for network project construction and daily maintenance
- Responsible for office solutions
- Following HQ IT to do some tests or perform IT implementation.
- Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization
- Other related activities and contingent assignments.
Your profile:
- Bachelor`s degree in computer science or IT-related majors.
- 1 years of IT Support-related work experience.
- Fluent English language skills.
- CCNA, CCNP or ITIL certifications are advantageous.
- Chinese speaking is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and organization skills, independent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
