What you will do as a QA Engineer
You safeguard and continuously improve the quality standards of our software components. You work with risk-based testing and apply well-considered test strategies to ensure structural quality. You write and execute test cases independently, develop effective test scenarios, and actively contribute to further test automation with modern tools.
You proactively seek opportunities to optimise test procedures and processes, and you help shape a future-proof test strategy. You participate in our agile way of working with two-week sprints and four “heartbeats” per year. You collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and fellow testers — nationally and internationally — and communicate findings clearly at all levels, from development to management.
What you bring as a QA Engineer
You care about quality, think ahead, and make considered choices. You are curious, precise, and unafraid to be constructively critical of yourself and your team. While technically strong, you never lose sight of the end user.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is an experienced QA Engineer with a sharp eye for quality
- Is analytically strong and persistent, quickly reaching the core of a problem
- Asks critical questions and takes responsibility for quality
- Enjoys collaborating in a multidisciplinary team
- Holds relevant ISTQB or TMAP certification
