Nestled in a picturesque location, our hotel prides itself on offering warm, personalized service, and a welcoming atmosphere. As a key part of our team, you'll help ensure that every guest starts their day with a smile and a delicious breakfast.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and Inspire: Manage and motivate the breakfast team to deliver outstanding service and ensure that all operations run smoothly.
- Guest Experience: Greet guests with a friendly smile, ensure their needs are met, and go the extra mile to make their breakfast experience exceptional.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food presentation, cleanliness, and customer service at all times.
- Problem-Solving: Handle any guest requests or issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a positive outcome every time.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or restaurant is preferred.
- Personality: A positive attitude, strong leadership skills, and a genuine love for making people happy.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to oversee operations with a keen eye for detail, ensuring everything is perfect from start to finish.
- Flexibility: Available to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
