As a Sales Customer Experience Specialist at Tesla, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for engaging with potential customers, capturing leads, and guiding them through a seamless sales journey. What You'll Do-
Proactively engage with customers visiting the store or events to identify potential leads and build a strong pipeline through active interaction and data capture.

Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs, answering questions and objections, and enthusiastically promoting the test-drive experience to create a positive and memorable impression.

Execute successful lead-capture strategies during events to maximize engagement and conversion opportunities.

Build value for customers by understanding their requirements, presenting our vehicles, and clearly communicating Tesla’s unique value proposition to drive conversions.

Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to align strategies.

Maintain a positive, professional attitude at all times, delivering a customer experience that reflects Tesla’s values.
What You'll Bring-
Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

Strong (or quickly learnable) knowledge of Tesla’s vehicles.

Ability to communicate information in a clear, easy-to-understand way.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work weekends and evenings when needed.

Fluency in Dutch & English.

A valid driving license in the Netherlands is mandatory for this position.
