What to Expect
The Material Handler will be responsible for correct processing the incoming goods & outgoing orders within the boundaries of the work-instructions and procedures according the company guidelines. You will be also responsible for processing the outbound orders on quantities, correct parts, damages and other inconveniences to maintain a correct delivery leve
What You'll Do-
Move freight and stock to and from loading docks, delivery vehicles, storage areas, and production areas either manually or using equipment such as trucks, tractors, or forklift

Assist in reviewing pick sheets based on customer orders and then pulling the right products for each order

Follow written or oral instructions regarding daily tasks and job duties – Including fulfillment process

Stage products based on customer orders; assist in filling customer orders

Sort cargo during loading or unloading process and mark containers with identifying information

Load and unload delivery trucks and make sure that each incoming delivery matches the company purchase order

Document the numbers of units handled or moved each day using production sheets (or system)

Utilize protective devices—padding, straps, etc.—to prevent damage to items during transport

Operate machinery such as cameras, cranes, reachtrucks and forklifts to handle materials and stock

Assist in reviewing pick sheets based on customer orders and then pulling the right products for each order

Work closely with the inventory group to monitor supply levels and submit purchasing recommendations on a regular basis

Collaborate with the inventory control and purchasing groups to determine when product is missing in a delivery
What You'll Bring-
Valid forklift or reachtruck license
- Availability to work overtime hours preferred or exceptionally on the weekend if necessary

Willingness and availability to work three-shift schedules

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages

Basic knowledge of / experience with WMS / ERP systems would be beneficial

Familiar with external shipping software would be beneficial

Must have basic command of the English language, both written and verbal

Proven work experience within Logistic or Distribution center environment, or other warehousing background

5S experience a plus

Reliable, committed, and quality focused

Perform repetitious duties while standing for long periods of time

Ability to lift 10-25 kg's on a daily basis

Maintain a safe working environment
