Your role as Senior Consultant Platforms & Prototypes
As a Senior Consultant in the Platforms & Prototypes team, you take ownership of strategic initiatives that combine business, customer, and technology thinking. You lead workstreams within projects and guide clients through the process of reinventing and building digital experiences and platforms that are smart, scalable, and grounded in tangible value.
You work with strategists, designers, data experts, and technologists to activate customer data & insights in ways that are measurable and experience-driven. From shaping GenAI roadmaps to guiding an MVP design stream to accelerating the creation of an agentic-powered marketing, sales or service process; you bridge the gap between human value and complex technology.
Project examples:

Leading the definition of a customer data strategy and activation of a roadmap for a global B2B manufacturer

Designing and validating GenAI use cases across marketing, sales and service journeys for a financial services brand

Translating business needs into AI-native MarTech use cases and a data-driven operating model for a marketing department

Developing a vision for tech-enabled personalization and orchestrating MVP development with client teams
How to succeed
You bring a clear point of view on customer data and digital strategy, with the ability to navigate complex client environments. You’re equally comfortable shaping a concept, structuring an AI-powered strategy, or facilitating a workshop. Our ideal candidate has:

A Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Innovation, Artificial Intelligence or similar

Affinity with digital strategy, customer data, enterprise tooling such as CRM, CDP, and AI-powered transformation.

3+ years of experience in CX, MarTech, loyalty, data strategy, AI/GenAI, or digital transformation

Previous consulting or digital agency experience is a strong plus

Experience in managing project workstreams, structuring analysis, and owning client deliverables

Proficiency in Design Thinking, Agile, or similar strategic methodologies

Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capability

A passion for coaching others, guiding junior colleagues in delivery

Adaptability and eagerness to learn

A professional attitude towards clients

An excellent command of the English language, other languages are a plus

The flexibility to travel in and outside the Netherlands

A plus is experience in customer journey mapping and optimization, design thinking, user research, marketing activation and/or project management.What
