Procurement DATA Analytics Manager
Lead the end-to-end Procurement analytics agenda by transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive sourcing, cost, and supply chain decisions. You will enable data-driven decision-making, shape BI products, and deliver performance visibility across Direct and Indirect procurement while partnering with global stakeholders and leading analytics capability development.

As our Procurement Data Analytics Manager, you play a critical role in leading the procurement analytics agenda end-to-end, translating business priorities into dashboards, models, and insights that drive cost, savings, and supply chain performance across Direct and Indirect procurement.
You will be reporting to BS Direct Procurement Capability Director, and you will manage:
Analytical leadership:
Co-own the procurement analytics roadmap across Direct and Indirect procurement
Translate business priorities into dashboards, models, and recurring analyses
Provide fact-based insights to enable faster and better decision-making
Act as analytical partner to global procurement leadership and wider community
Business intelligence & insight:
Lead design, development, and maintenance of dashboards and reporting
Deliver insights on price evolution, supplier performance, and cost drivers
Generate executive-ready reports and ad-hoc analyses
Foster a data-driven culture across the procurement community
Map cost evolution and market effects based on key commodities
Cross-functional partnership & capability:
Partner with Planning, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Finance on analytics topics
Support Procurement Excellence initiatives and reporting requirements
Collaborate with IT and external partners on data integration and reporting
Lead and develop the procurement analytics team and build analytical capabilities
Drive continuous improvement of analytics tools, automation, and AI/ML adoption
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As a strategic and hands-on analytics leader with strong procurement and data expertise, you thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment. You are highly analytical, structured, and proactive, with strong communication and leadership skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain, manufacturing, or finance
6+ years of experience in data analytics, procurement, supply chain, or finance operations
Prior people management or team leadership experience
Advanced Excel skills including VBA/macros
Power BI expertise (data modelling, dashboards, governance)
SAP ERP data extraction and reporting experience
Strong analytical, statistical, and data interpretation capabilities
Fluent in English
