As Junior Commercial Coordinator Development for our real estate department at Blue Bay, you support the Commercial Manager Development and the commercial team by ensuring structure, clear follow-up, and efficient administrative workflows within the real estate department.
With a solid administrative background and an interest in commercial and real estate development, you thrive in a structured yet dynamic environment.
The position
- Provide daily administrative and organizational support to the Commercial Manager Development and team.
- Manage and monitor shared inboxes and ensure timely follow-up of communication.
- Maintain and organize project documentation such as contracts, reports, and correspondence.
- Schedule and organize meetings, including preparation of documentation and agendas.
- Take minutes during meetings and track action points and deadlines.
- Manage and optimize internal systems (CRM / project management tools).
- Support the team with reports and overviews.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance or similar.
- 1 - 3 years relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Interest in real estate development, project coordination and commercial processes.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with a willingness to learn.
- Proactive, flexible, and hands-on mentality.
- Accurate, detail-oriented, and stress-resistant.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- You speak and write fluently English & Dutch. Spanish and Papiamentu are a plus.
