What to Expect
Tesla is seeking a Vehicle Readiness Specialist to join our team in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. This position is on-site and could require travel up to 20%. You will be responsible for executing a world-class customer experience by enabling vehicles to be customer-ready at the time of delivery. What You'll Do-
Use Tesla proprietary software to log damages to vehicles due to transportation damage, and ensure that the paperwork is submitted correctly for claims

Perform a technical inspection on all vehicles prior to delivery, document and rectify any issues that are found

Ensure that the vehicles are delivery-ready: license plate holders attached, customer accessories installed, plastic removed, etc.

Move vehicles around safely and effectively, ensuring that there is a good flow from the lot to the delivery bay

Keep complete, accurate records of the vehicle’s condition using our internal software

Operate steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment

Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles using a variety of products and methods according to standard

Apply protective finishes to the exteriors of our customers’ cars

Perform touch-up paint work if required

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs

Occasional support with vehicle deliveries

Verantwoordelijkheden

Gebruik eigen software van Tesla om schade aan voertuigen als gevolg van transport beschadigingen te registreren, en zorg dat de papierwinkel correct wordt ingediend voor schadeclaims

Voer een technische inspectie uit op alle voertuigen vóór levering, documenteer en verhelp eventuele problemen die worden aangetroffen

Zorg dat voertuigen leveringsklaar zijn: kentekenhouder aangebracht, klantaccessoires geïnstalleerd, plastic verwijderd, etc.

Verplaats voertuigen veilig en effectief, en zorg voor een goede stroom vanaf het terrein naar de leveringshal

Houd complete en nauwkeurige records bij van de staat van het voertuig met behulp van onze interne software

Gebruik stoomapparaten, slangen, stofzuigers en ander uitrusting
-
Reinig de binnen- en buitenkant van voertuigen met behulp van verschillende producten en methoden volgens standaard
-
Breng beschermende afwerkingen aan op de buitenkanten van de auto's van klanten

Voer lakretouches uit indien nodig

Voer aanvullende taken uit die zijn toegewezen om aan bedrijfsbehoeften te voldoen

Tijdelijke ondersteuning bij voertuigleveringen
Vereisten

Goede communicative vaardigheden: effectief te communiceren, lezen en schrijven in het Engels

Teamspeler: je bloeit op bij het nauw samenwerken in diverse teams en kunt in shifts werken om je team te ondersteunen. Je bent in staat om je aan te passen aan veranderende werkvoorschriften en omgevingen.

Aandacht voor detail: je hecht waarde aan het leveren van resultaten van uitstekende kwaliteit, bij de eerste keer.

Technisch ervaren: je hebt professionele ervaring binnen technische voertuigservice en reparaties, werkzaam in de automobielindustrie.

Betrouwbaar: je kunt worden vertrouwd om zelfstandig inspecties uit te voeren
