We are seeking an experienced and visionary Global Head of Business Intelligence to lead our global data, analytics, and AI agenda. This strategic leadership role will shape how data is leveraged across the organization to drive commercial performance, strengthen client and talent engagement, improve decision-making, and support long-term growth.
Working closely with executive leadership, commercial teams, and technology stakeholders, you will define and execute a global analytics strategy while building a high-performing team and fostering a data-driven culture.
This role requires a leader who can bridge business and technology, someone who understands the power of data and analytics, can guide highly technical teams, and translate complex insights into meaningful business outcomes.
Strategy & Transformation
- Define and execute global BI, Analytics, Data Science, and AI strategy.
- Drive analytics maturity and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Advise senior leadership on emerging technologies, AI opportunities, and industry best practices.
- Lead transformational initiatives that align teams, functions, and regions around a common vision.
Business Intelligence & Analytics
- Deliver insights that improve revenue growth, customer engagement, operational performance, and strategic decision-making.
- Oversee enterprise reporting, dashboards, forecasting, and advanced analytics capabilities.
- Partner with commercial, marketing, operations, finance, and technology teams to drive measurable business outcomes.
Data & Technology Leadership
- Lead the global BI and analytics ecosystem in partnership with Technology and Data teams.
- Ensure strong data governance, quality, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
- Drive the adoption of modern analytics, AI, automation, and data visualization solutions.
People Leadership
- Build, lead, and develop a global team of BI professionals, data scientists, and analytics specialists.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, continuous learning, and accountability.
- Create a connected global analytics community and promote best-practice sharing.
You are a strategic leader with a strong commercial mindset and a proven ability to lead through change. You have experience of operating in large, international organizations and know how to bring together diverse stakeholders to deliver business value.
You are comfortable engaging with executive leadership while leading highly technical teams. Most importantly, you can translate data and analytics into clear, actionable insights that influence decision-making and drive results.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Science, or Data Strategy.
- Proven experience leading global or multi-region teams within a complex, matrixed organization.
- Strong track record of building teams and leading transformation initiatives.
- Experience working across multiple countries and cultures.
- Customer-facing experience and strong stakeholder management skills.
Technical Expertise
- Strong understanding of BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker.
- Experience with SQL, data modelling, and cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Knowledge of CRM and commercial analytics platforms such as Salesforce or Dynamics.
- Familiarity with machine learning, predictive analytics, AI, and modern data architecture.
- Ability to guide technical teams and translate technology into business value.
Preferred Background
We are particularly interested in candidates from large, service-oriented organizations such as Financial Services, Hospitality, Professional Services, or Consulting. Industry experience is not required; we welcome leaders who bring fresh perspectives and a proven ability to drive transformation.
Interview Process
The interview process will include interviews with the Global People & Culture Director, a Business Leader, the Chief Technology Officer, and the President & Chief Strategy Officer. In addition, a Hogan Assessment will form part of the selection process.
The entire process is expected to take approximately six weeks (1.5 months).
