In this role, you are active on the shop floor every day, combining customer experience, sales and operational support in a dynamic position where no two days are the same.
You create a warm, personal and distinctive customer experience and know how to turn every customer interaction into an inspiring sales moment. You take on a strong host role on the shop floor and lead by example in service, styling and energy.
You also actively contribute to achieving sales and KPI targets. In your own sales approach, you focus on conversion, ATV and UPT, recognise commercial opportunities and know how to act on them proactively. You think from both a results-driven and customer-focused perspective and contribute to strong sales performance within the boutique.
You continuously build your product knowledge and use storytelling and styling to bring the collections to life. You ensure that every customer experiences a premium and consistent level of service that reflects the world of Anna + Nina.
Alongside sales, you support the daily operational flow of the boutique. From visual presentation and stock management to stockroom organisation and support during busy moments, you help make sure the store runs smoothly, is well organised and always looks its best.
You also work closely with the team and management, share insights from the shop floor and contribute to a positive, energetic and flexible team culture.
