A full-time position (40 hours per week) in shift work (06:00–15:00 & 15:00–00:00)

Salary: between €3,039 and €3,600 gross per month (with growth potential up to €4,490, depending on experience)

Shift allowance: +30% for hours worked between 18:00 and 06:00

Your role as Team Leader
As the Team Leader of the Expedition department, you are the connecting force on the work floor. You ensure your team performs optimally, feels seen, and continues to develop.

You oversee daily operations and coordinate with fellow Team Leaders to ensure a smooth process
