For the rollout of an exclusive dining concept in Germany, we are looking for a commercially driven, German-speaking New Business Development.
This is not a standard sales role. You will take ownership of building a premium restaurant portfolio in one of Europe’s biggest markets. As we are entering the German market, Dinestar is not yet established locally, meaning you will play a role in introducing our brand and building partnerships from the ground up.
You will work towards a go-live in January 2027, with a clear target to secure a curated portfolio of participating restaurants by September 2026 and play a role in shaping a distinctive dining offering for a very select audience.

What you will do...
Drive cold outreach to restaurants across Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Cologne and Stuttgart, convert both new and relevant existing prospects, and close partnerships including agreed menu terms and added touches such as a welcome aperitif.
The ideal table partner...
- Native-level German and strong English skills (Dutch is a plus)
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a commercial or sales role
- Experience in hospitality or restaurant partnerships is a plus
- You are confident and experienced in cold outreach and know how to open doors
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders
- A self-starter mindset with full ownership of your market
