Operations Manager HBO+

Who we are
Cleantron is Dutch company that engineers and produces Li-ion batteries in Nieuw-Vennep, close to Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Our advanced batteries are used in many different applications such as Micro Mobility, Electric Construction / Agri Equipment and all kinds of Industrial Equipment. We aim to deliver worldclass products and services to mid-sized global OEM customers, against competitive prices.
What you will do
The Operations Manager is responsible for all aspects that are related to make our production organization run optimal. This includes the following:
- Managing the production organization including logistics (+/- 25 FTE)
- Including running in a 2-shift operation
- Making the long, mid and short-term production planning
- Aligning with supply chain management
- Asset management of the production equipment
- Implementation of new products and production processes
- Continuous improvement of products and production processes
You will be assisted by the Production Lead, Team Leaders, Logistics Manager and a Production Engineer.
What you bring
The role of the Operations Manager requires a blend of human, technical, and logistical expertise. Essential qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance or in Operations Management, ideally complemented by experience in in management position. You master the Dutch and/or English language.
