Zovea is a group of companies operating in the animal health sector. We're growing fast, and that growth requires administration that can keep pace. We're looking for someone who treats the administration like it's their own.
You manage the group's financial administration, spot where things can improve, and act on it.
- Invoice processing: accurately and on time in Exact, both purchase and sales invoices
- Accounts receivable: monitoring open items and following up when payments don't come in
- Credit card management: processing transactions correctly and keeping records clean
- VAT returns: preparing and filing returns independently, on time
- Payments: preparing payment runs and submitting them for authorization
- Process improvement: identifying where things can be done smarter, then doing something about it
You work accurately, maintain oversight, and know the details matter. You also have:
- At least 4 years of experience in a financial administration role
- Experience with Excel and Exact
- Experience with VAT filing and accounts receivable
- A natural working style that is accurate, structured, and independent
