The Digital Merchandising Specialist is part of the EMEA Digital Commerce team and supports the ongoing development and optimization of our B2B and B2C digital platforms. In this role, you will help deliver outstanding online experiences through effective product merchandising, campaign execution, catalog management, and platform governance.
You will work closely with regional and global stakeholders to support product launches, optimize assortment strategies, improve customer journeys, and ensure seamless execution across our digital ecosystem.
Support in product activation, deactivation, pricing on B2C and B2B
Support in localization of assets to our regional languages
Support markets in their day-to-day business and operations related to Catalog Management.
Create consumer centric assortments for the E-commerce site.
Present assortment direction and how it supports EMEA’s long term strategy
Support markets in their promotional efforts, by creating coupons, promo rules and adjustments to delivery modes.
Participate in Monthly Business Review meetings with Product Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure a correct execution of our roadmap and ensure customer satisfaction.
Analyse sales trends and competitive landscape to generate recommendations for strategic action to meet performance objectives and the right consumer expectations.
1-3 years of experience from working with E-commerce merchandising for a premium fashion or lifestyle brand.
Experience with portfolios of more than 5000 SKUs, ideally in retail
Experience collaborating with multiple regions
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, written and verbal.
A strong interest in sports and fitness which will translate into authenticity and company connection.
Service oriented and hands-on approach
Acute attention to detail in all aspects of responsibilities.
Strong and proven analytical skills.
Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
