Role Overview
The Sales Operations Specialist supports end-to-end sales operations processes across the European market.
The role focuses on PO management, ERP system support, logistics coordination, and sales performance reporting. You will ensure accurate data handling, smooth operational flow, and effective communication with clients, distributors, and internal teams.
You will also act as the main contact person for our German branch.
Key Responsibilities
PO Management
- Manage customer purchase orders (POs) and related logistics operations
- Collect and structure PO data
- Generate reports on sales progress and operational KPIs
- Improve and document PO aggregation processes
ERP System Support
- Support operational users during system usage and transitions
- Ensure data consistency across ERP-related workflows
Shipping & Logistics Support
- Support outbound shipping processes and inventory coordination
- Improve efficiency in shipping and logistics operations
- Provide day-to-day logistics support to ensure smooth delivery flow
Experience
Minimum 1+ year proven experience in sales operations or sales management
Preferably experience in manufacturing or automotive industries
Skills & Competencies
Understanding of manufacturing and automotive business processes
Proficiency in Excel
Strong communication and coordination skills
Fluent in English and German (mandatory)
