Job Summary
The Technical Specialist at HCL will be responsible for providing expertise in Appian and Agile methodology to support projects and initiatives. The role involves implementing Appian solutions and utilizing Agile methodology to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Implement and configure appian applications based on business requirements
2. Design, develop, and deploy appian components such as process models, rules, integrations, and interfaces
3. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand project objectives
4. Follow agile practices and participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
5. Work closely with cross functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions within project timelines
6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in appian applications
7. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members on appian and agile best practices
Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in appian development, including designing and building appian applications
2. Strong understanding of agile methodology and experience working in agile environments
3. Knowledge of appian architecture, best practices, and design patterns
4. Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate discussions and build relationships
7. Proven track record of successfully delivering appian projects using agile methodologies
Other Requirements
1.Appian Designer certification is preferred
