What to Expect
As a Supervisor on the Used Car team, you will lead a 9+ person team to efficiently and accurately value trade-in vehicles. In this role you will work cross functionally with Sales, Delivery, Logistics, Service and Digital organizations as well as external partners, and you will interact regularly with Used Car leadership. You’ll be expected to own our valuation operations and strategy end-to-end, continuously evolving the team’s approach to adapt to changing business needs and to improve efficiency and accuracy.
What You'll Do-
Effectively manage workflow of Valuation team to ensure customers’ valuation requests are completed in line with current valuation strategies, and as efficiently as possible

Continuously review operational performance to identify and execute on opportunities for improvement

Set clear expectations and metrics for measuring your team’s performance, and hold your team to the highest standard of execution

Develop and maintain clear business KPIs, and generate succinct updates on performance against these KPIs for a variety of stakeholders

Continuously study factors that contribute to market conditions and recommend pricing strategy changes in response to identified trends

Build strong relationships with operations, sales, customer support, and delivery teams
What You'll Bring-
Prior experience with vehicle valuation, pricing, and knowledge of the used car market strongly preferred

Previous experience managing a team preferred, or evidence of strong leadership potential

Excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to build alliances and foster trust with a broad range of stakeholders

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Superior attention to detail under tight deadlines and comfortable in a fast-paced working environment

Strong Excel skills are required, including the ability to analyze and derive insights from large and complex data sets

Bachelor’s Degree or evidence of exceptional professional experience required
