Task-In Services BV is a fast-growing maritime service company based in Schiedam, the Netherlands. We help customers throughout Europe stay safe and compliant by supplying, inspecting and maintaining lifesaving and firefighting equipment. Our services include lifeboats, evacuation systems, life rafts, personal protective equipment and firefighting systems.

About the role
You will lead a multidisciplinary team of approximately 15 colleagues, consisting of Service Engineers, Planners and Sales professionals. Your focus is to build a connected team where people work together effectively, take ownership and continuously improve themselves and the way they work.
You are a visible and approachable leader who enjoys coaching people, improving processes and creating a positive working culture.
Your responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of approximately 15 employees.
- Strengthen collaboration between Service Engineers, Planning and Sales.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability and solution-oriented thinking.
- Support employees in their personal and professional development.
- Conduct performance, development and absence meetings.
- Coordinate absence management and liaise with occupational health services.
- Recruit, interview and onboard new team members.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programmes.
- Safeguard quality standards and continuously improve processes.
- Monitor team performance and help create an engaged, motivated workforce.
