When a company in Germany, France, or Scandinavia needs the right interim professional, someone has to find that person. In Hero’s International Incubator team, that someone is you.
As an International Recruiter, you are the recruitment engine of a five‑person team that is building Hero’s presence across Europe. Your colleagues in New Business and 360 bring in the assignments. You make sure Hero delivers. Every search, every conversation, every placement reflects what Hero stands for: quality, personal attention, and the relentless pursuit of the perfect match.
Hero currently serves over 2.000 interim professionals and grows at 30 to 40 percent per year. The international Incubator is the newest chapter in that growth story, and your role is at the heart of it. This is not a polished corporate program. It is real, raw Incubator work: building, learning, iterating, and winning.

- Source and identify interim professionals across European markets through active headhunting and network building
-

-

This Is You
Recruitment runs in your veins. You know how to find people that others can’t, and you know how to make them feel valued throughout the process. Your English is fluent, and you speak at least one other European language. Dutch? Great to have, but not required.
Experience in recruitment is essential. Whether you come from agency staffing, RPO, or in‑house talent acquisition, you understand the mechanics of sourcing, screening, and matching. What sets you apart is your ability to do this across borders and cultures.
This is an Incubator role. That means the structures are still being built. If you are someone who needs a fully mapped‑out process before you start, this might not be your match. But if you get energy from figuring things out, from being part of something from day one, this could be exactly what you are looking for.
-
Bachelor or Master level of thinking and working
-
Recruitment experience (sourcing, screening, matching) is a hard requirement
-
Fluent English plus at least one other European language
-
Structured, communicative, and relentless in finding the right match
-
Energized by working in a startup‑like environment within a scaling company
-
Available for 40 hours per week, fully on‑site at Schiphol
Our Reward!
A salary between € 3.250 and € 5.500 gross per month, based on your experience and level. On top of that:
-
Monthly bonus per placement, with extra rewards for hunted candidates
-
Pension plan
-
Fully catered lunch every day
-
Gym membership covered
-
Budget for training and personal development
-
Team outings and Friday afternoon drinks
What Makes Hero Unique?

The aspiration is to be the biggest, most beautiful, and best company in the entire flex industry. The international Incubator team is the newest and perhaps boldest step toward that goal. If you want to be part of writing that chapter, this is your moment.
Hero believes in The Perfect Match. That applies to every placement, but also to every hire. If you recognize yourself in this vacancy and feel that spark of excitement, we would love to hear from you.
